Victoria Downtown Heritage

The apartment is small but perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and truly thoughtful throughout our visit. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Victoria, close to great restaurants, nightlife, and the harbor. We enjoyed both the apartment and the area, and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Victoria.

Awesome place overlooking Victoria! Cozy place, perfect for watching the city move from the balcony. I stayed during Canada day so the view of the fireworks from the balcony was great. Very walkable location as well. Sandy is a great host who will keep communication easy and clear and make sure you feel at home for the stay. Thanks Sandy!

This is a great little space! If you don’t need much room, and not in a bad way, then this little place is it! 5 mins away from china town, about 15 minute walk from the ferry. For a couple days in Victoria this was awesome!

I honestly can't fault Sandy's place it's amazing! We had a fantastic time and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is awesome, near restaurants and bars and a short walk to the Harbour. The apartment is great, compact and super clean and modern. It was easy to just pop in and out when we needed to. The noise truly isn't too bad, I wore earplugs and slept all night. Sandy is SO lovely, very responsive and kind and let us drop our bags early and we also were able to check in early. I will for sure be staying here again when I can.

Absolutely loved TinySpace! It's a perfect place to stay a while. Had everything, very smartly organized, loved the "little things" like the tea pots and ceramic (not pfas) cookware. We'll located and I found I didn't need the earplugs like some other guests mentioned but perhaps it's quieter in winter (I found it rather quiet!). And Sandy is an absolute gem of a host! Would definitely come back :)

It a great place in a wonderful location, on the edge of downtown. Minutes away from the center, and next to the bridge into a quiet neighborhood. It’s has anything and everything anyone could want to do in Victoria and more.

I visit Victoria a few times a year and would happily stay here again. Check-in and check-out was such a breeze. The unit is exactly as described and, for a micro-loft, actually makes good use of the space available. Sandy was a pleasure to deal with as well. Factor in the convenient location and it’s very easy to recommend this place overall.

Wonderful place to stay at in Downtown Victoria. Situated extremely close to the water, tons of restaurants, and the BC legislature, Sandy’s place is perfect if you’d like to experience a beautiful walkable city. It is definitely a TINYspace, but still plenty of room to cook meals and relax from long days of walking. Sandy is a great host, and does everything she can to help you out and satisfy any needs you may have. Overall, 11/10!

We have visited Victoria several times and experienced different bnbs and neighborhoods. This is my new favorite! It has a wonderful view, an enjoyable space and the location was perfect. Sandy was a great host. She was personable and very responsive.

I had an amazing time staying in Sandy’s place. It is a spotless apartment in the middle of downtown and a short walk (usually less than 5 minutes!) to everything I wanted to see/do. The unit is small, as accurately described, but it is more than enough space for one or two people and a dog. The space in the apartment is maximized, so all of the cabinets contain essentials like cooking supplies, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. This gave the apartment a clutter-free feel that I really enjoyed. Sandy was an incredibly responsive host and very kindly accommodated my last minute parking request. It was absolutely worth the amazing value! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Victoria, and highly recommend it.
