Everything is just steps away and 5 minutes walk to the inner harbour. Do visit our famous 1st Chinatown of Canada and Fan Tan Alley, which is just across the street on Fisgard. Walk from Victoria terminal is about 10-15 minutes. From Vancouver: BC Ferry - 30 minutes driving from ferry terminal, or take bus 70 from Douglas Street Seaplane -Harbour air terminal is only 5 minutes of walking.
